The building does not have a pronounced main façade. There is a pass-through way, which allows to engage the community in any event. The portal has a complex outline, has a symbolic meaning and turns into a grand decoration for events. The building provides different opportunities for staging events like a theatrical performance. There is an entrance to the roof, a festive descent from it, an access to the Boulevard.
