This proposal for the regeneration of the historic city urban quarter, on the one hand, answers the up-to-date topical issue - an increase in building density, and on the other hand, allows to harmoniously fit the houses into the urban structure. Before the design start, an urban planning study was carried out. On its basis, a method for solving the problem arose. The building height remains low, the structure of the city is not disturbed, and the resulting urban spaces are understandable and clearly delineated.
